Alexander's contract allows him to take on beast like abilities, which is sectioned accordingly. He has shown to gain the best "features" of animals such as their speed, strength, durability, intellect or overall power. He has shown to gain quite feral features such as enlarged molars, ape-like apendages and much more wild characteristics. It should also be noted that he cannot combine the assets of the creatures, due to the strain it puts on his body and mind. He has made up for this inability by "speed changing" from one form to another, which has shown to put much less strain on his body. | |||

Ilya has the capability to sense the surface emotions of the people around her and influence their emotions. Her ability to sense the emotions of others extends to a 100 ft radius and those within 3/4 of that are susceptible to her influence. All emotionally shifts brought on by Ilya seem natural to the target at the time unless they are told or know otherwise. IT takes about a minute or more for her powers to take full effect depending on how far away the target it. She is also able to use this power to sense where people as long as they are feeling some sort of emotions. The way in which she feels others' feelings is not how one would feel them for themselves. When she feels the emotions of others, they reverberate though out her body and on a deeper level as if being immersed in the emotions. | |||

By seeing a person, the user may discover approximately how long they have to live, and the basic manner of their death, whether it is natural or violent. By touching them, they may determine the cause of their death and more accurately when it shall occur. They can also see a way they could avert their death from happening, or else ease their passing. They also have the ability to influence this, using one aspect of the death, such as the killer, reason, or circumstances, as a type of "hinge" around which he turns the rest of the death to suit their needs. They also may take one person's death and give it to another. As a final resort, they can personify a death and use it to kill whoever it touches of a certain cause. This however, is dangerous to them as well, because they cannot always control it, and it could harm them as well. | |||

This is the ability to manipulate objects and people with his mind. He has shown extreme control over his ability, using it in several different fashions. With it, he can cause objects to float, which he can then use as projectiles against his enemy. He's been seen using it to call objects such as tables or even dumpsters towards him to use as a shield from gun fire and other projectile weapons, and when he first learned of his powers, he was even shown (with enough concentration) to mentally reach into another person's chest and crush their heart. He can also use this power as a defense, sending a shockwave of telekinetic energy out to deflect incoming projectiles and even enemies that get too close. His most famous use for his ability, the use of which earned him his nickname, is the ability to use telekinesis to guide the bullets of his revolver, allowing him to hit even moving targets in vital spots. Efran has the power to mentally receive and/or transmit information. The ability falls into two categories, Telepathic Communication, which is the ability to transmit information from mind to another, and Telepathic Perception, which is the ability to receive information from another mind. Efran can create and manipulate illusions, causing people to see, hear, touch, smell and/or taste things which do not actually exist or cause them to perceive things differently from what they truly are. He can create complex and detailed worlds, others may be able to only alter the way they or the target are perceived. Efran is able to block the vision of other clairvoyants, making any subject within their target radius appear "dark". Experience will enhance the size of the area they can shadow and the intensity of their shielding effect. He user can download anything he want from anywhere and nowhere. With his power he can control the minds of others with victims completely subject to the his mental control. If the victims were placed into a semi-conscious state, they may not have any recollection of the previous actions that they performed while under its effect. He can compel people by speaking, the victims are unable to disobey; the seemingly cogent commandment is far too compelling. At high level, user can even persuade people into hurting/killing themselves, but can never cause victims to achieve what they are not capable of (ex. Flight). Efran can generate elusive entities of emotions or structures from the mind. Usually memories of real people, or entire worlds meant to confuse victims Mental Projection can feel like amazingly real events. Efran can take over the mind of another, this may or may not accompany the target taking the mind of efran. He has changed so many times that he no longer know which body is their own. He can inhabit more than one mind at a time, producing a limited Hive Mind. He can speak by using his mind combined with mental powers. Efran is also immune to any and all mental intrusion.
